Shipping and Returns
Stille furniture is made in Kalamazoo, Michigan and generally ships within two weeks of placing an order. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Stille operates on a system of “just-in-time” manufacturing in order to efficiently balance production time and overhead costs. We strive to maintain an inventory of components that allows us to assemble and ship orders within two weeks, but occasionally due to higher volumes this may take longer. Once an order is placed we are able to provide a more accurate estimated ship date. If you have a time-sensitive need please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order to confirm current inventory and production schedules.
We get it, we’re people too—who doesn’t love free shipping delivered overnight? But the reality is that free shipping isn’t really free, it’s merely subsidized by the price of the goods being delivered. We believe that the most fair way to ensure our customers aren’t overpaying for shipping—or our furniture—is to keep the costs separate, and only charge the real shipping rate determined by weight and destination. This will be calculated automatically at checkout along with your available options for shipping method and speed.
State laws require us to collect and remit sales tax on orders delivered to addresses in New York and Michigan. These rates will be calculated and added automatically to applicable orders during checkout.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order ships you may be responsible for the return shipping costs should you still need to cancel or change your order after it has been delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your order after it has been received, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged and unused, and returned in their original shipping container packed with all protective foam parts exactly as delivered. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number in order to initiate your return. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs of returned orders.
If your item was damaged prior to receipt or if you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue. It is recommended that you do not discard any packaging during this time in case you need to return your order. If you suspect that your shipment was lost or stolen prior to delivery please let us know. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for shipments whose tracking shows successful delivery to the recipient’s address.
