Stille furniture is warranted against failure due to defects in materials and workmanship effective from the date of order for the duration of 3 years. Not using Stille’s recommended tools voids all warranties. Shelves are not warranted against dents or scratches after the furniture has been received.

Delivered furniture must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify Stille of any issues within 14 days of delivery constitutes a waiver of any dispute. Warranty protection is voided when furniture is used, installed or disassembled in any manner contrary to Stille specifications and/or instructions, or when furniture is altered or modified in any way. Defective furniture covered by warranty may need to be returned to Stille, at owner’s expense, for inspection and warranty certification.

A return authorization number must be obtained from Stille prior to returning any furniture or warranty will be voided. Returned furniture from contract sales and wholesale orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective furniture will be either repaired or replaced, at Stille’s discretion, and returned to the customer via standard ground transportation, at Stille’s expense.
